The luxury One St Julian’s Avenue development in St Peter Port was officially opened on Friday 20 June with over 40% of the apartments and penthouses already sold.

Guests at the special launch event commended the developers on the design, quality and spaciousness of the development as they celebrated the completion of the 29 local market apartments and three open market penthouses. Hundreds of people were shown around the development including the spectacular central courtyard, stunning show apartment, and world-class views across Candie Gardens and the east coast of Guernsey.

The main building works finished this week on the one, two and three-bedroom local market apartments and three open market penthouses including completing the St Julian’s Avenue façade which features grand, black cast iron gates with the development’s branding. The central feature courtyard, which also boasts plenty of brick arches and facades to create the warehouse character of the development, has been hard landscaped and planted. Final internal fit out works are well underway.

Spencer Noyon, a Director at Swoffers who are joint sales agents, said the development’s prime address and location, enviable balcony views, and high quality finishing, make it very desirable.
